Your business is important to us, and our stylists appreciate your loyalty. If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a call and let us know. Your stylist will evaluate the situation depending on availability and reschedule if necessary.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide 24 hours advanced notice.
Your first no-show or last-minute cancellation will incur a $50 fee.
Subsequent no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
We have a NO REFUND/ RETURN policy for all services that have been already performed.
